I Never Set Out to Build a Wellness Company.
I was trying to understand how to live better.
What followed wasn't one discovery or one perfect answer, but years of creating, questioning, researching, writing and learning to look at things differently.
Looking back, Meridian didn't begin with a product.
It began with a way of seeing.
Before I Formulated Products, I Learned to See.
Long before Meridian, I was an artist.
Art teaches you to look closely—to notice relationships other people may overlook, question what is in front of you and imagine what else it could become.
A blank canvas doesn't give you the answer. You observe. Experiment. Adjust. Begin again.
That way of thinking never left me.
Wellness Became Personal.
My own medical journey changed the way I thought about the body, aging, weight, nourishment and the choices we make every day.
Health stopped being abstract. I began paying closer attention to what changed, what helped, what didn't—and what questions I still couldn't answer.
As eating patterns and intake changed, one question became especially important: if we eat less, how do we remain intentional about the nourishment our bodies still need?
I wasn't looking for a miracle ingredient. I was trying to understand the bigger picture.
I Started Asking Better Questions.
The Questions Became Books.
Writing gave me a way to slow the questions down, examine them from different angles and turn what I was learning into ideas I could share.
Learning to See Differently
Portraiture taught me that beauty is rarely only what appears on the surface.
Thinking About the Body Differently
The body began to make more sense as a living system to nourish and cultivate—not simply a machine to control.
Bringing the Ideas Together
Hydration, nutrition, cellular biology, beauty from within and healthy longevity began to converge.
Before there were products, there were questions.
Before there was Meridian, there was a philosophy.
Eventually, Ideas Have to Become Something.
Research led naturally into experimentation.
I began looking at minerals, botanicals, nutrients and formulations with the same curiosity I once brought to a blank canvas.
But formulation wasn't only about what went inside.
I wanted to know how something would fit into someone's day. How it would taste. How it would feel. Whether someone would actually look forward to using it.
Formulation became another kind of creative process.
What I Learned, I Wanted to Share.
Information isn't very useful if it stays in a notebook.
Writing, speaking and conversation became ways to turn complicated ideas into something another person might actually understand—and use.
Somewhere along the way, one question began showing up again and again.
That Became Meridian.
Meridian grew from a simple belief: better living should be thoughtful enough to matter and practical enough to become part of everyday life.
Not one product. Not one ingredient. Not one answer.
A way of looking at life and asking how small, intentional choices might help make it better.
Better Life by Design.™
And Then Came Radiance.
Radiance by Meridian™ became one expression of everything I had been thinking about: nourishment, hydration, beauty, enjoyment, consistency and real life.
The question wasn't simply what should go inside.
How should it taste?
How should it look?
How should it feel?
Where does it fit into someone's day?
Could taking better care of yourself become something beautiful enough to look forward to?
Glow That Shows.™
Meridian Began With My Questions.
My journey explains where some of the ideas came from. But Meridian was never meant to remain my story.
The purpose is to keep learning, keep creating and keep asking whether something we've discovered might help someone else live a little better.
So now the question is yours.
